Winter Solstice Blessings For All

As the nights grow longer and a chill permeates the air, the darkness invites me to take rest.  I have naturally been a person whose rhythm is to follow the sun, up early in the summer, and asleep early in the winter.  I find that going in, spending time in meditation, quiet exploration and preparation for the coming year has served me well.  As the years go on, I appreciate this time of year more and more.

No matter your beliefs, in my world view, offering someone blessings, especially during the holiday season is well received and worth the effort. Truly, it’s through the winter that most people struggle with depression and loneliness, so wishing blessings on our loved ones can only serve to uplift their spirits.

I appreciate the holiday season as a time of giving and in spirit with that, I want to offer Winter Solstice Blessings to you all

My blessing and prayer for you is that you look for and find inner peace.  That you find more and more acceptance and appreciation of who you are.  That you share your wisdom with the important people in your life.  I hope you take time to intend your dreams into being in 2024,

I hope you find joy as a gift of being alive and the confidence to share it with as many of us as possible.
