I’m not exactly sure how you spell your name, I think this might be close. I enjoyed our conversation on the phone this morning. You were not only knowledgeable and could answer my very many questions, you did it with a smile. Every time we got confused, or you didn’t understand what I was asking about, you simply said so and we laughed. It is unusual for a bank person, especially on the phone, to be so laid back and casual and have the answers I was looking for. I’m looking forward to meeting you in person when I come in to finish up our business together. UPDATE: Now that we’ve met in person, I know how to spell your name, and I had it incorrect originally. As we agreed, as long as people are trying that’s good enough for both of us. Our banking work together was pleasant and I think super successful.
