Dear Thanksgiving Plant

I’m not 100% sure you are a Thanksgiving Plant or a Christmas Plant, or just a plant that wants to bloom with flexibility and spontaneity. Having given you a significant pruning I now have two of you. The pruned, you are offering the gift of new flowers —in March! And the new plant that I just stuck the cuttings into the dirt, you are so fun to watch. Taking root and appearing healthy and robust, I look forward to your blooms when you are ready to offer them.
