Dear Philadelphia Organic Recycling Center

There are a few things my fair city of Philadelphia offers that I appreciate so much. One is the Philadelphia Organic Recycling Center. Located in Fairmount Park, Philly citizens can just pop in during the day and grab basically as much as we want compost, a variety of mulches, manure from huge piles that they have there. All free of charge. Maybe all cities and municipalities have this resource, yet is often occurs to me as a real gift. I make my own compost right here on my property, and I need more than I can make. This resource is fabulous for the home gardener —which I am. Thank you Philadelphia.
