Dear Clock

Specifically the clock just in front of me in the third floor office above my computer. I appreciate almost everything about you. I like your blue/green color —like Robin’s Egg blue with a hint of green. Not sure the name, although this is the color highlights of this room. I like your size —maybe 5” in diameter, with nice black large font that is so easy for me to read with just a glance upward. I like that you are battery operated so there is nothing to fix if the power goes out. And you keep time very well. Every now and then I throw a new battery in the back and you are good to go. Old school, when the clocks change twice a year, I must manually attend to you. I like the realness of that.
