In this online class we will present a few practices and ideas for you to choose from in every moment when you are feeing distress.
This is an interactive class so bring your questions and your concerns.
In this class we share with you a wide variety of practices for you to try out for yourself. Some of what we offer might require practice and development of new habits. Others are for the right now. Instant practices that will interrupt your anxiety and replace it (at very least for the moment) with something else. Perhaps calm, perhaps even joy or pleasure. We also offer a list of resources for you to investigate.
